Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using datingpoolreport.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and the linked Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live. This site is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13.

What the service provides

The Pool Report provides demographic calculators, educational reports, sourced statistics, and related explanatory content. It converts selected measurable filters into population estimates and presents third-party survey findings with their stated samples and limitations.

The service may change, add, remove, or discontinue features at any time.

Informational use only

The site is for informational and entertainment purposes. It is not dating, relationship, medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice. Results do not diagnose whether anyone is “delusional,” suitable, available, healthy, attractive, or compatible.

Do not use a result to make eligibility, employment, housing, credit, insurance, healthcare, or other consequential decisions about a person.

Estimates, surveys, and limitations

Calculator results are estimates, not counts of active daters. Census variables measure demographic characteristics; CDC distributions model selected physical traits; surveys report what their respondents said. No dataset used here observes mutual attraction, orientation, personality, relationship intent, or every local dating market.

Sources can be revised, sampling error exists, and models require assumptions. We do not guarantee that results are complete, current, error-free, or predictive of a real-world outcome.

Voluntary research participation

The 2026 expectations study is optional and intended for adults. By submitting, you confirm that you are at least 18, the answers are your own good-faith responses, and The Pool Report may store, analyze, reproduce, and publish the information in aggregate for research, editorial, and explanatory purposes.

Do not submit another person’s information, automated responses, or attempts to manipulate a result. A voluntary website sample is not guaranteed to represent the public, and published findings will remain subject to the study protocol and stated limitations.

Acceptable use

You may use the site for lawful personal and editorial reference. You may not interfere with the service, bypass security or rate limits, upload malicious code, misrepresent results or sources, use the site to harass or discriminate, or imply our endorsement.

Automated extraction, bulk republication, copying of the site’s original articles or design, and commercial resale of the service are prohibited except with written permission or where applicable law clearly permits the use.

Intellectual property

The Pool Report™, its original logo, software, copy, visual design, selection and arrangement of content, and original graphics are owned by or licensed to the site operator and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

We do not claim ownership of facts, U.S. government works, public Census or CDC source material, or third-party reports. Those materials remain subject to their own attribution, copyright, licensing, and usage terms. Linking to a source does not transfer its rights to us.

“The Pool Report” and the logo are claimed as service marks. The ™ symbol does not represent federal registration, and the ® symbol is not used.

Third-party services and links

The site links to government agencies, research publishers, survey sponsors, and other third parties. Those services control their own content, availability, and privacy practices. A citation or link is not an endorsement of every claim or practice of the linked organization.

Disclaimer of warranties

Plain-language guide: We cannot promise that the site will always work, have no errors, or fit every purpose. Your local law may still give you rights that these Terms cannot remove.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or accuracy. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

Plain-language guide: The site limits responsibility for losses or decisions that result from using it. This applies as far as the law allows. Your local law may still require some responsibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, reputational harm, or decisions made from site content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

Changes, disputes, and contact

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply prospectively. Applicable law governs without overriding mandatory consumer protections, and disputes must be brought in a court that has lawful jurisdiction.
